TEAM
We were architects before we became forensic architects. And that’s good for you.

Each of the Senior Architects at Davidson & Associates has 30+ years of experience.

Each of us has a unique skill set based on years of developing construction documents, working in the field during all phases of construction, and even hanging on swing stages to evaluate and restore façades. We understand all of the stakeholders in your project and how to prioritize their input and goals. The natural balance between design and cost. The tug of war between speed and quality. The lag between the introduction of new technologies and the trades’ comfort with them. As formally trained architects, we are uniquely prepared to help you meet all of these challenges and more.

Bob, a native Washingtonian, formed Davidson & Associates in 1979. Since then, his mission has been to offer multi-faceted consulting services to help clients be absolutely certain that the buildings they design, erect and own really work. His obsessive attention to detail has earned D&A a reputation for first-quality service and for saving clients millions of dollars during the design and construction of new buildings as well as forensic analysis and remedial design for restoration and litigation efforts.
